The Williamsburg Business Professionals (WBP) is one of the top business networking groups in Williamsburg Virginia. Our focus is to learn about each MEMBER BUSINESSES, through workshops, seminars, educational presentations, and highlighting member businesses. We only allow one business type to alleviate conflicts, so please check our OPENINGS PAGE to see if your business can take part in this unique this business networking group.

Meeting Format

1) Introduce any guest
2) Talk about business issues, lessons learned, helpful hints, business patterns, sales solutions, etc.
3) Solve business issues presented
4) Network before and after the meeting
5) Provide venues to promote member businesses

Advantages of the WBP

We do not considered ourself as a referral group but rather a mastermind group whereas our main focus is on our members, and their business.

Referrals or leads are not discussed during the meeting. We pass enormous number of referrals through earning trust and knowledge of each other's business through time.

About the WBP

Visitors may visit by invitation only. If considered to become a member, a visitor will be asked to attend at least two consecutive meetings. Upon completing the second meeting, visitors will be asked to submit an application.

1. Upon receipt of application, the Membership Committee will review and resolve any objections. The individual will be notified prior to the third meeting.

2. Upon attending the third meeting, the new member will submit their membership fee. The First Full Month dues are waved.

Membership dues are $30 every six months, dues will be collected in June and December.
Each member needs to attend 80% of our meetings, substitutes may not attend.

Guest Attendance

Bring your questions about small business issues that your company is facing and present them to the membership. Since the WBP has a wide range of business experience, someone within our group should have the answer to your question or point you in the right direction.
